Workshops
Ulcca works with educators, systems leaders, parents, funders, and policy leaders who are thinking beyond the present moment of education and asking what must evolve next. Her work helps people step out of fear-based narratives, examine the stories we tell about learning and change, and imagine more humane futures. Ulcca's workshops are participatory, research-grounded, and designed to engage people in the kind of thinking they can't do alone — because the capacities most needed in this moment aren't developed in isolation.
